As a full service agency we must, and do, have a pulse on what is going on in our marketplace; who the contestants are, who are the decision makers at a given account and how the market is trending. We are vigilant in recognizing important opportunities that will impact our customers and manufacturers; i.e., buyouts or mergers of a competitor, changes in buying groups, quality issues, fill rate difficulties of competitors, and disputes between suppliers and customers.
