Each of our customers has different needs, and sending the same information to all customers – to keep them apprised of upcoming vendor promotions and events – is simply not efficient.
Team Marketing is committed to personalized, effective service and communications with its customers. We know their time is valuable, and we do everything possible to keep all processes streamlined and effective.
For our traditional and two-step business we maintain a secure customer database that allows us to email and fax promotional strategies and schedules, new product introductions and other pertinent information to the appropriate customers. We communicate this information in conjunction with regular visits by our account executives. Many of the promotional announcements are produced in-house to personalize for each customer.
Team Marketing account executives also plan out quarterly and yearly promotional calendars, which become invaluable tools in coordinating support between the vendor, distributor, jobber and installer. These calendars also aid in pull-through sales and blitzes in the field.
For customers with retail locations, we often conduct meetings in our showroom facilities in Portland and Phoenix to present custom promotional end caps, plan-o-grams and even complete merchandising programs. These meetings help ensure that our vendors secure more store real estate with the customer.
Team Marketing firmly believes that with the best product knowledge, training, sales spiffs, customer service and communications, our customer’s products become preferred brands. We often participate in sales meetings, open houses and shows for both retailers and distributors. We do this because our goal is to make our customer’s products the first choice for store personnel and WD/Commercial sales people when they are helping a customer. |
