Order Tracking: Several of our accounts fax their orders directly to our offices, where the orders are checked for correct part numbers, pricing and quantities. They are then electronically logged and forwarded to the respective vendors. Each week, follow-up calls are made to ensure timely delivery.
Technical Assistance: Our sales, field and customer support reps act as a clearinghouse for information about product usage, application, or installation. We are happy to handle calls from buyers, store managers, and consumers. |
