Problem Solving: From time to time, every one of our vendors will run into a problem with a product, packaging or delivery. Team Marketing staff members are experts at creating expedient solutions to resolve any problem, no matter how big or small, at all levels.

Warranty Processing: Our sales people and field service reps regularly visit accounts in person to help in the processing of warranty claims. This assures our factories that warranties are being handled accurately, and if a problem with a product or customer arises, they will hear about it promptly. And take care of it promptly.

Warehouse Inventories: We regularly support many of our distributors by providing manpower to assist in annual and bi-annual physical inventories.

Field Blitzes / Changeovers: We have often assembled a group of salespeople and service personnel to blitz the field for our vendors or get a large changeover done, while ensuring that our customers experience minimal disruption with their everyday business.

Product Knowledge Meetings: We regularly conduct product knowledge meetings to kick off a new line or promotion. This has proven extremely successful with our WD and retail customer base.

Hard Parts Analysis: We work closely with our customers and vendors to make sure they have the proper coverage based on their sales history and emerging new trends. It only benefits our vendors to make sure our customers are stocking the right parts.
